Vøringsfossen waterfall



A great view from "Fossetromma" by Fossli Hotel, a path from road to the bottom of the waterfall. Located next to "Tourist road Hardanger" Rv7, with several possibilities for photo stops, picnics and activities in the near surroundings.





Vøringsfossen is the most famous waterfall in Norway with a free fall of 145m, and a total fall of 182m. You can enjoy a great view over the waterfall from "Fossetromma" by Foslli Hotel. There is a path from the road to the bottom of the waterfall. Location next to the "Tourist Road Hardanger" Rv7 offers several possibilities for photo stops, picnics and activities in the near surroundings. The old road in Måbødalen has been changed into a foot path and bicycle track from Måbø Farms to the Vøringsfoss Cafeteria. This famous road is a unique piece of engineering in mighty surroundings.
